All Mobile Solution trademarks, logos, icons, designs, names of Mobile Solution software, products, services, sounds and any other branded features and elements, whether registered or unregistered, are property owned solely by Mobile Solution.
To use our logos, application and product icons, and other designs, you must first obtain a license.
Legal notice
Any use of the trademarks is solely for the benefit of Mobile Solution and any use must be in accordance with license or contractual agreements with Mobile Solution.
Third parties, including licensees, may never claim ownership rights in trademarks, or brands that are confusingly similar to Mobile Solution’s trademarks, in any manner, including without limitation as a trademark, service mark, company name or designation, domain name, or in any other manner.
Mobile Solution expressly reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate, revoke, modify, or otherwise change permission to use its trademarks at any time and expressly reserves the right to object to any use or misuse of its trademarks in any jurisdiction worldwide.
